City of Little Rock
A-Squared has been contracted to draft a plan to strengthen neighborhoods and increase opportunities for residents, the daytime labor force, employers, and visitors. These areas include the greater downtown area, Midtown (War Memorial), and Historic Southwest Little Rock. This study has provided an opportunity for A-Squared to develop workforce housing in the Midtown/War Memorial area.
